GRAND MARSHAL- Secretary of the Air Force, Frank Kendall. As the 26th Secretary of the Air Force, Frank Kendall is responsible for organizing, training, and equipping the U.S. Air and Space Forces. In this capacity, he directs the Department of the Air Force’s annual budget exceeding $173 billion, provides Air and Space forces to combatant commanders for global military operations, and is accountable for the welfare of nearly 700,000 active duty, Guard, Reserve, and civilian Airmen and Guardians and their families.

GRAND MARSHAL- Tom Glause is a former Wyoming Commissioner of Insurance appointed by Governor Matt Mead. He stepped down in in 2019 in order to fulfil his current role as CEO of the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA). Tom is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law.
