The Buckboard

The original Buckboard provides a rough ride! It was less expensive than other horse-drawn vehicles because it did not have springs. The floorboards rest on the axles. The spring seat is necessary for passenger comfort, for truly, this one “bucked” as it traveled those dusty roads.
