CFD 2026 Honor Guard Flag Bearers and Military Escorts

American Flag – Loriana Walter
Loriana is from Cheyenne, WY and is the daughter of Lorrell & Paul Bellotti and Jim & Stacie Walter. She is a sophomore at North Dakota State University studying Agricultural Communication with a minor in Equine Science.

Wyoming Flag – Sage Scoggin
Sage is the daughter of Sean and Jenifer Scoggin from Cheyenne, WY. This fall she will be a sophomore at the University of Wyoming where she is majoring in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary Concentration

CFD Flag – Quinn Schneider
Quinn is from Cheyenne, WY and is the daughter of J.R. and Paige Schneider. She will be a Freshman at East High School Quinn and participates in 4-h, FF A, Track and Rodeo

Military Escorts:
Chief Master Sergeant Jeff Blanda is the 90th Maintenance Group, Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming and is from Mishawaka, Indiana

Command Sergeant Major Thad Edhe serves in a dual capacity as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of the Wyoming National Guard and the Command Sergeant Major of the Wyoming Army National Guard from Cheyenne Wyoming.
