Wagonette

This Wagonette had the newest contraption of its day—a fifth wheel mounted underneath on the axle between the front wheels, which allowed the wagon to “turn on a dime”.  This wagon backed up to the boardwalk and loaded passengers through the rear. J.M Carey, Wyoming’s first senator, and eighth governor owned this wagonette.
